Moms Night Out: Yoga & Self Defense Series

HIIT, Cycle & Brunch Special Event Free

This is a Moms Day Out that includes 30 min of HIIT and 30 min of CycleBar... followed by brunch if you can stay! The event is free but bike registration is required (link coming soon).

Mommy & Me Stroller Strides® Workout 1 visit freeFrom $14 per visit with Stroller Strides & Stroller Barre 10-Class Pass pass

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Your first class is always free- register online to have a free class credited to your account and come try one this week!

Stroller Barre® is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga.

Our Village Events Free

Enjoy fun, playful activities with your child while building a tight community of like-minded moms to share advice, tips, and most importantly, laughter. This playgroup is open to all Midtown families.

Prenatal Classes

Prenatal Fitness Program: FIT4BABY® (6 weeks) $75Purchase required to enroll

Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness class designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy, delivery and beyond. Classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardio and stretching/balancing exercises as well as deepening the connection between mom and baby. Modifications are available to increase or decrease the intensity and impact of all exercises- making this a safe and effective workout for moms of all fitness levels.

Running Club

Women's Run Club $10 per classPlans available from $65No purchase required to enroll

Run Club meets weekly on Sundays at 8am (weather permitting) all year! Runs will be 1-4 miles long, move at various paces and include speedwork and drills to work on form and increase agility, endurance and speed. All are welcome, including strollers. Run Club Annual Pass available for $100 (drop-ins are $10).

*After a brief break for Labor Day weekend, Sept/Oct Run Club will meet at the Sertoma Arts Center at Shelley Lake Park and use the adjacent Greenway Trails.*

Women's Beginner 5K Training $75Purchase required to enroll

New to running? Getting back to running after baby? Want to work on your endurance, form and agility? Women's Beginner 5K Training is what you're looking for! Join us for 6 weeks of coached runs, a personal training plan, loads of accountability and a lot of fun! Goal race options include the Superhero 5K in Wake Forest and The Day of the Dead 5K in Raleigh- both on Oct 27th.

Run Club Open House Free

Today's event will start at the greenway trailhead near the Sertoma Arts Center at Shelley Lake. We'll do a warm-up, a 20 min walk/run and a stretch and cool down. You can get all the info you need about the Womens Beginner 5K Training that starts the following week. We'll top it all off with playground time.

Women's Body Back® Fitness Program (8 Weeks) Purchase required to enroll

Our Personal Trainers are nationally certified in personal training and pre and post natal fitness. We will work with you, whatever stage of motherhood you're in, to help you meet your goals! Sessions can be scheduled for individuals or small groups.

You're welcome to bring your child with you for your personal training sessions.
