Mommy & Me Classes

Stroller Strides® 1 visit freeFrom $14 per visit with Stroller Strides & Stroller Barre 10-Class Pass pass

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Your first class is always free- register online to have a free class credited to your account and come try one this week!

Stroller Barre® is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga.

Our Village Events Free

Enjoy fun, playful activities with your child while building a tight community of like-minded moms to share advice, tips, and most importantly, laughter. This playgroup is open to all Midtown families.

Prenatal Classes

Prenatal FIT4BABY 6-Week Session $75Purchase required to enroll

Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness class designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy, delivery and beyond. Classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardio and stretching/balancing exercises as well as deepening the connection between mom and baby. Modifications are available to increase or decrease the intensity and impact of all exercises- making this a safe and effective workout for moms of all fitness levels.

Running Club

Run Club $10 per classPlans available from $65No purchase required to enroll

Run Club meets weekly on Sundays at 7am (weather permitting) all year! Runs will be 1-4 miles long and move at various paces. All are welcome, including strollers. Run Club Annual Pass available for $100 (drop-ins are $10).

*July/Aug Run Club will meet at the NCMA Park and use the adjacent Greenway Trails.*

Body Back

Body Back® 8 Week Session Purchase required to enroll

Body Back® Transformation is a results-based workout & nutritional coaching program designed specifically for moms- no matter how old their children are! Whether they just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help any mom, grandmother or fit mom-wannabe get her body back and develop long-lasting healthy habits. Most importantly Body Back Transformation helps moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.


Body Back includes:
  • 2 High Intensity Interval (HIIT) workouts per week that are sure to challenge women at any fitness level
  • Before and after fitness assessments, photos and measurements
  • Online coaching, nutritional support and accountability
  • Access to the most up-to-date recipes and meal planning tools
  • Streaming HIIT workout videos to use on your non-class days
  • RESULTS that last!
You can make-up 2 classes/session by attending a Saturday drop-in Boost class in it's place. 50/50 payment plans available upon request. Please contact missycurrin@fit4mom.com to schedule your make-up classes in advance or request a payment plan and to request an alumni discount.

Packet pickup and "before" photos and measurements will be completed at your first class.


Body Back® Workout 1 visit freeFrom $17 per visit with Body Back Boost 10-Class Pass pass

Body Back Boost is a drop-in, moms-only, full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Please note: Not appropriate for expectant mothers.

Personal Training

Personal Training No purchase required to enroll

Our Personal Trainers are nationally certified in personal training and pre and post natal fitness. We will work with you, whatever stage of motherhood you're in, to help you meet your goals! Sessions can be scheduled for individuals or small groups.

You're welcome to bring your child with you for your personal training sessions.
