Mommy & Me Classes

Mommy & Me Stroller Strides® Workout 1 visit free From $20 per visit with 4-Class Pass pass No purchase required to enroll

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their little ones (ages 6 weeks up to 5 yrs). It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Moms should BYO resistance band and it can be purchased from your Instructor (CC only) or brought from home. All participants must enroll ahead of class time. Expecting moms welcome.

Mommy & Me Stroller Barre® Workout 1 visit free From $20 per visit with 4-Class Pass pass No purchase required to enroll

Stroller Barre® is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga.

Moms must BYO resistance band and it can be purchased from your Instructor or brought from home. All participants must enroll ahead of class time. Expecting moms welcome.

Prenatal Classes

Prenatal Fitness Program: FIT4BABY® (6 weeks) + On Demand $99 Purchase required to enroll

Prenatal FIT4BABY® is a prenatal fitness class designed to strengthen your body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy, delivery and beyond. Classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardio and stretching/balancing exercises as well as deepening the connection between mom and her baby. Modifications are available to increase or decrease the intensity and impact of all exercises- making this a safe and effective workout for moms of all fitness levels & all trimesters.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health!

Access to FIT4MOM On Demand classes is included in your tuition at no extra charge.

Expecting moms are also welcome at all of our Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360 and Body Boost in-person classes.

Strides 360® is for mom alone or with her little ones in the stroller. 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout.

Body Boost is a drop-in, adults-only, full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.

Please note: Bring a yoga mat or towel and a resistance band for class. We have resistance bands for purchase (CC only) if you need one.

Body Well 8 Week Nutrition & Small Group Training Program

Body Well® (Summer 8 Wk Session) $299 Purchase required to enroll

Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks to focus on your and your goals -- for your body and soul.

In this 8-week program, you will be a key member of a supportive and encouraging community of other mothers. You'll learn how to manage stress (amidst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you will feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).

  • Weekly (confidential & optional) weigh-ins
  • Seasonal recipes & meal planners

*This class is for adults only, no children. It is recommended that you be at least 3 months postpartum before beginning this program. If you withdraw from your session prior to the start date, your deposit will be applied to your account as credit.
