The North Hills Mall

Meet us for class outdoors on The Commons (the astroturf area next to Starbucks/Ben & Jerry's/movie theater) and bring your stroller, yoga mat or towel, and water when you come to workout!

Off-street parking is available all over the Mall's campus and restrooms are available in counter-service restaurants that are open for business at that hour of the day (Starbucks, Chick Fil-A, etc).

The North Hills Kids free play area generally opens on April 1st for the summer season so stay and play after class!

**Saturday classes >April 15th will start and end near Anthropologie... but we get to stroll the Midtown Farmers Market after class!**

Mommy & Me Classes

Mommy & Me Stroller Strides® Workout 1 visit freeFrom $15 per visit with **2021 BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL: 3-Class Pass** pass

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Moms must BYO resistance band and it can be purchased from your Instructor for $12 or brought from home. All participants must enroll ahead of class time. Expecting moms welcome.

Mommy & Me Stroller Barre® Workout 1 visit freeFrom $15 per visit with **2021 BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL: 3-Class Pass** pass

Stroller Barre® is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga.

Moms must BYO resistance band and it can be purchased from your Instructor for $12 or brought from home. All participants must enroll ahead of class time. Expecting moms welcome.

Strides 360® Workout 1 visit freeFrom $15 per visit with **2021 BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL: 3-Class Pass** pass

Strides 360® is for mom alone or with her little ones in the stroller. 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout.

Registration is required. No equipment needed.

Join us for a post-Thanksgiving Gobble Gobble Combo Class on Saturday, Nov 27th at 9a at the NCMA Park! This class is for all stages to motherhood... from prenatal to stroller mamas to moms of big kids and grandmoms too!

Children welcome to attend in-utero or in strollers. Moms may also come solo.

Moms-Only Classes

Body Boost is a drop-in, adults-only, full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.

Please note: Bring a yoga mat or towel and a resistance band for class. We have resistance bands for purchase for $12 (CC only) if you need one.

Bring your yoga mat and join us for a Yoga Moms Afternoon Out at The Oaks at Fallon Park Clubhouse!

All levels and body types welcome. If you are an expecting mom or have an area of weakness/injury please let the Instructor know before class so she can offer modifications.

Bonus: Bring loose or packaged diapers to donate to The Diaper Bank of NC and be entered to win a prize at the end of class.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body sculpting. Targeting every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar, this class will leave you stronger, increase your metabolism and improve your athleticism. Dedicated core and flexibility work are included to help you move and feel better. Strengthen your body to lift, lunge, and lug everything life throws your way. This class is a fantastic complement to cardio workouts or other activities you enjoy!

This kid-free class is appropriate for expecting moms too!

Prenatal Classes

Prenatal Fitness Program: FIT4BABY® (6 weeks) $90Purchase required to enroll

Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness class designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy, delivery and beyond. Classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardio and stretching/balancing exercises as well as deepening the connection between mom and baby. Modifications are available to increase or decrease the intensity and impact of all exercises- making this a safe and effective workout for moms of all fitness levels.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health!

All classes are capped to allow for social distancing and masks are required for indoor classes (per host venue rules), and recommended for before/after class socializing or anytime that social distancing cannot be maintained.

Expecting moms are also welcome at all of our Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360 and Body Boost in-person classes.
