The North Hills Mall

Meet us for class outdoors on The Commons (the astroturf area next to Starbucks/Ben & Jerry's/movie theater) and bring your stroller, yoga mat or towel, and water when you come to workout!

Off-street parking is available all over the Mall's campus and restrooms are available in counter-service restaurants that are open for business at that hour of the day (Starbucks, Chick Fil-A, etc).

The North Hills Kids free play area generally opens on April 1st for the summer season so stay and play after class!

**Saturday classes >April 15th will start and end near Anthropologie... but we get to stroll the Midtown Farmers Market after class!**

Body Well

Body Well® (8 Wk Session) $399 Purchase required to enroll

Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood: a community full of support, encouragement and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amidst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you will feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).

Your session includes:
  • Small group fitness coaching including 2 High Intensity Interval Training classes per week
  • Before & after photos and assessments
  • Weekly (confidential) weigh-ins
  • Seasonal recipes & meal planners
  • Meal tracking & coaching

Mommy & Me Classes

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their little ones (ages 6 weeks up to 5 yrs). It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Moms must BYO resistance band and it can be purchased from your Instructor (CC only) or brought from home. All participants must enroll ahead of class time. Expecting moms welcome.

Mommy & Me Stroller Barre® Workout 1 visit free From $20 per visit with FIT4MOM Single Class Pass pass No purchase required to enroll

Stroller Barre® is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga.

Moms must BYO resistance band and it can be purchased from your Instructor or brought from home. All participants must enroll ahead of class time. Expecting moms welcome.

Free Summer Greenway Run/Walk & Playground Time

Run Club meets monthly over the summer for a special free community run.

5K Training will resume Sept 18th with a goal race of Oct 29th Day of the Dead 5K in Raleigh.

Strides 360® is for mom alone or with her little ones in the stroller. 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout.

Registration is required. No equipment needed.

Run Club+ 5K Training Program $149 Purchase required to enroll

Take your running to the next level (or just get back into the habit) with our 6-week guided 5K training program. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our personalized training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

Group runs will take place at Kiwanis Park and the adjacent Greenway trail on Fridays at 9:30am starting Sept 23rd. Kick-off meeting & playdate is Sept 9th.

Moms-Only Classes

Body Boost is a drop-in, adults-only, full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body sculpting. Targeting every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar, this class will leave you stronger, increase your metabolism and improve your athleticism. This class is a fantastic complement to cardio workouts or other activities you enjoy!

This kid-free class is appropriate for expecting moms too!

Prenatal Classes

Prenatal Fitness Program: FIT4BABY® (6 weeks) + On Demand $90 Purchase required to enroll

Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness class designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy, delivery and beyond. Classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardio and stretching/balancing exercises as well as deepening the connection between mom and baby. Modifications are available to increase or decrease the intensity and impact of all exercises- making this a safe and effective workout for moms of all fitness levels.
