Prenatal Classes

Prenatal Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness class designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy, delivery and beyond. Classes are interval-based, combining elements of strength training, cardio and stretching/balancing exercises as well as deepening the connection between mom and baby. Modifications are available to increase or decrease the intensity and impact of all exercises- making this a safe and effective workout for moms of all fitness levels.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health!

Women's Body Back® Fitness Program (8 Weeks) $379Purchase required to enroll

Body Back Transformation is an 8-week result-based journey. You will focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well-being. The experience includes 2 60-min high intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week that are designed to challenge, empower and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed, allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability and support. This 8-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Body Back is breastfeeding-mom-friendly and low impact exercise options are always available!

Body Back Boost is a drop-in, moms-only, full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.

Strides360® Workout 1 visit freeFrom $20 per visit with FIT4MOM Single Class Pass pass

Strides360® is for mom alone during class size restrictions. It promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body sculpting. Targeting every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar, this class will leave you stronger, increase your metabolism and improve your athleticism. Dedicated core and flexibility work are included to help you move and feel better. Strengthen your body to lift, lunge, and lug everything life throws your way. This class is a fantastic complement to cardio workouts or other activities you enjoy!

This kid-free class is appropriate for expecting moms too!

Personal Training

Our Personal Trainers are nationally certified in personal training and pre and post natal fitness. We will work with you, whatever stage of motherhood you're in, to help you meet your goals! Sessions can be scheduled for individuals or small groups.

You're welcome to bring your child with you for your personal training sessions.

Mommy & Me Classes

Mommy & Me Stroller Strides® Workout 1 visit freeFrom $20 per visit with FIT4MOM Single Class Pass pass

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. In this time of COVID19, class capacity is capped at 10 families and older children may accompany their mom to class as long as they are able to stay with their mother and observe social distancing guidelines. (Children are not permitted to participate in the workouts.) Moms must BYO exercise tubing and it can be purchased from your Instructor for $12 or brought from home. Due to the class capacity limit, all participants must enroll ahead of class time.

Your first class is always free- register online to have a free class credited to your account and come try one this week!

Mommy & Me Stroller Barre® Workout 1 visit freeFrom $20 per visit with FIT4MOM Single Class Pass pass

Stroller Barre® is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga.

Get back to running after baby, go for a new PR or cross the finish line with us for the first time ever- ALL LEVELS welcome! Train for the Socks & Undies 5K with us! Race training is 6 weeks long leading up to the race on April 25th in Raleigh. Run Club 5K training is a hybrid of online coaching and Strides 360 classes.

Lots of flexibility. Lots of fun. Let's do this!
