Please discuss your fitness plans with your OB/Midwife prior to your first class. All participants will need to bring their water bottle, yoga mat or towel and a resistance band. Contact missycurrin@fit4mom.com if you need to purchase one ahead of your first class ($12).
In the event of a cancellation due to severe weather, you may elect to make up your class at one of the other classes on our schedule or via the FIT4MOM On Demand app. Your access will be included in your program tuition for no additional cost.
