Body Boost is a drop-in, adults-only, full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Bring a water bottle, your resistance band or a set of 5-12 lb dumbbells, a yoga mat or towel and dress to exercise!
All participants are required to pay for their Body Back Boost class when they enroll. Tuition is non-refundable (unless class is cancelled for weather or low enrollment) and non-transferable. Please choose wisely!
